First visits are 60 minutes. We use them well.

Pricing changes from time to time, so call the office for current rates. Medicare patients: covered primary-care visits bill through Medicare as usual.
- A physician is in the room for the entire session, with integration during the session if you'd like it
- An initial consultation is required first to confirm ketamine therapy is right for you

A short checklist.
None of this is mandatory, bring what you can.

- A list of current medications, including supplements and doses

A few things
worth knowing.
We try to run an office that treats your time the way we'd want our own treated.
Cancellation
Please give us 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full visit amount.
Prescription refills
Allow 2–3 business days for routine refills. Send a message via your patient portal.
After-hours
For urgent medical needs after hours, call the office and follow the prompts. For emergencies, call 911.
Privacy & HIPAA
All visits, messages, and records are HIPAA-protected. We use a secure portal for all communication.
Records requests
Submit a written request through the portal. Records typically released within 7–10 business days.
Referrals
We coordinate with specialists across the Conejo Valley and beyond when something falls outside our scope.
Questions we hear often.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
New patient visits are typically booked 1–3 weeks out. Established patients can usually be seen within a few days. Acute concerns get priority slots.
Do you handle children?
The practice currently focuses on adults (18+). For pediatric care, we can recommend trusted local pediatricians.
What if I need a specialist?
We coordinate with a network of specialists across the Conejo Valley and Los Angeles area, and we follow your care through the referral process.
Can I use my HSA?
HSA acceptance is being evaluated. Most medical services you'd want to use an HSA for are HSA-eligible by IRS rules regardless, please confirm with your plan administrator.
Do you do home visits?
For patients in the concierge program, yes, within the Conejo Valley. For standard patients, we make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Is the office wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The office is fully accessible. Please let us know in advance if you have specific accommodations we should prepare for.
