Primary care,
finally with time.
A modern integrative primary care practice for individuals and families of all ages in the Conejo Valley. Longer visits, deeper labs, and a physician who actually remembers you from last time.
Conventional rigor, integrative depth.
Integrative primary care means a D.O. handles the full range of care for all ages, annual physicals, chronic disease, acute illness, mental health, hormones, while bringing in functional medicine where it actually helps.
That means longer visits than a traditional clinic. Real conversation. Targeted labs ordered when there's a reason. A treatment plan that uses prescriptions when they're the right call, and other tools when they aren't.
If any of these
sound like you.
Most patients come to us after years of feeling unheard in conventional care, or wanting more than what insurance-driven medicine has time for.
You've felt rushed
15-minute visits have left you with prescriptions but no real plan. You want a physician who has time to actually listen.
Your labs are "normal"
Standard panels look fine but you don't feel fine. You want someone who reads labs as starting points, not finish lines.
Hormones are off
Energy, sleep, mood, weight, libido, you suspect hormones are involved, and you want it taken seriously.
You manage a chronic condition
Hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune, thyroid, you want a doctor who'll go beyond the standard medication ladder.
You're a healthy adult
You feel okay and want to stay that way for decades. Longevity-minded primary care designed to keep you ahead of issues.
You're on Medicare
Medicare patients are welcomed and well-cared-for. We accept Medicare for primary care services.
From first call
to feeling better.
A clear, honest sequence, no surprises.
Inquiry
Call or send a message. We'll confirm fit, insurance, and the next available new-patient slot.
Intake
You'll receive a thorough intake form, health history, lifestyle, what's bothering you, what you've already tried.
60-minute visit
The first visit is one hour. We talk, examine, and order labs together. You leave with a draft plan.
Follow-through
Labs reviewed in a follow-up visit. Plan refined. Adjustments made. We stay in touch.
Personalized attention,
without membership fees.
Care here is highly individualized by default, not sold as a separate paid tier. The practice is kept deliberately small, so visits run long, plans are built around your history and your labs, and you have real access to your physician, without paying membership prices for it.

Common questions.
Is this a replacement for a regular primary care doctor?
Yes. Dr. Napolitano is a California-licensed primary care physician. He handles annual physicals, chronic disease, acute issues, prescriptions, referrals, and labs, everything you'd expect from a primary care relationship.
What makes it "integrative"?
He brings functional medicine, hormone optimization, and (when relevant) energy-based modalities into a standard primary care practice. The toolkit is broader, but it's still primary care.
Do you accept my insurance?
Currently Medicare, Aetna, and cash pay. BCBS and HSA are being evaluated. Please call to confirm before your first visit.
How is the first visit different from a normal physical?
It's 60 minutes instead of 15, and it covers the full picture, including lifestyle, sleep, stress, hormones, and mental health. Labs are individualized rather than templated.
Can I do this via telehealth?
Follow-up visits often can be. New patient visits are in-person whenever possible, there's no real substitute for meeting face-to-face the first time.
Step into the kind of care you wanted in the first place.
Schedule a new-patient visit or send a message. The office returns calls within one business day.
