Click the link at your appointment time. We'll go through your concern, adjust your plan, and send any prescriptions electronically.
Follow-up
You'll get a written summary after the visit. Any labs ordered will arrive in your patient portal.
A short tech checklist.

- A camera and microphone (any will do)
- A quiet, private space
- A stable internet connection
- Your current medication list nearby
- Any recent labs (if not in your chart)
- Pen and paper, or a notes app
- A few minutes of buffer on either side
